HOPE next RCA course begins October 2 and ends October 20, 2023.  This will be a virtual course and requires that all students to attend the live broadcast to a zoom classroom from 9 – 1 ET.

Non Membership Rate for the RCA Course is $2800

PLEASE NOTE:  This registration form is for non-members of HOPE.  If you would like to join HOPE, contact Terry Miller at tmiller@hoosierownersandproviders.org.  If you are not sure of your membership status, call 317-472-0677.

Students   successfully   completing   the   course   will   meet   the   educational   requirements  for  licensure  as  a  Residential  Care Facility Administrator.  The  RCA and  HFA  courses are  combined for  three weeks.   These three weeks cover the  material both RCAs and  HFAs need:   aging processes, accounting, budget, management theory, legal issues, etc.  At the end of the three weeks, the RCA course is complete.  The HFA course continues for  three more weeks during which nursing home regulations, reimbursement methods, etc. are covered.

This is a virtual course and attendance is mandatory.  Before registering, please be sure you can attend the full course from October 2 - October 20, 2023 in order to receive your certification.

Upon registering you must agree to the Attendance Policy in order to participate in the course.

Students will receive a Zoom link allowing them to be in the Zoom classroom M – F.  All students must have their computer camera turned-on so HOPE can: (1) see your face to verify you are present for the entire class; and (2) see that you are actively engaged in the course.  You must meet these requirements and pass the exams to receive a certificate of successful completion.  Please note that all HFA students must also complete the RCA course which is included in the cost of the HFA course.
