About the Event

Students   successfully   completing   the   course   will   meet   the   educational   requirements  for  licensure  as  a  Residential  Care Facility Administrator.  The  RCA and  HFA  courses are  combined for  three weeks.   These three weeks cover the  material both RCAs and  HFAs need:   aging processes, accounting, budget, management theory, legal issues, etc.  At the end of the three weeks, the RCA course is complete.  The HFA course continues for  three more weeks during which nursing home regulations, reimbursement methods, etc. are covered.

Our members consist of for profit and non-profit owners and providers of health care and housing services throughout Indiana. Our members include: Post Acute Care Providers, Hospital Owners, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Assisted Living Providers and Senior Housing Apartments.
