Membership

Advocating for Long Term Care

Founded in 2002, Hoosier Owners and Providers for the Elderly is Dedicated to helping Hoosier owned providers maintain the high standards of licensed long-term care, assisted living and continuing care communities. Members include nursing facilities of all types; privately-owned, for-profit, not-for-profit, non-state government owned.  The membership includes county hospitals, Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) providers and providers of housing with services.

Provider Membership

 

Membership is open to licensed comprehensive care (nursing facilities), licensed residential care (assisted living), housing establishments with services (non-licensed assisted living), county hospitals, and home and community based service providers. Membership in HOPE means you have the support and resources available through our communities and staff.  Benefits of a HOPE membership include: 

  • Advocacy with policy makers and legislators

  • Education

  • Regulatory and Clinical Resources

  • Leadership

  • Membership fee is just $20/licensed nursing facility bed/year

  • Membership fee is just $5/licensed residential care bed/year

Associate Membership

​

Designed for vendors and consultants to improve access to networking opportunities with member facilities and access to updated long-term care information.  This is open to individuals or businesses providing goods and services to those in their Elderhood or disabled persons.  Associate members enjoy a host of benefits, including:

  • A basic company listing on HOPE’s website which includes address, phone number(s).

  • Upgrade to Silver Level for only $100 to add a 50-word description of your product and service, contact name, contact email, Logo and company website, with active link.

  • Upgrade to Gold Level for only $300 and includes all above plus featured as a rolling listing on HOPE’s website.

  • Upgrade to Platinum Level for only $500 and become a one of two associate members to be a prominently featured on HOPE website (for the calendar year).
